We were approached by Food Processor Advisor (Georgie Valenti) to do an interview about this blog and about us. (Blush!)
I was stalking some of the food blog community sites and a discussion came up about watermarking photos. I don’t usually mark mine, but I have found so many photos of mine used without my permission or even attribution, that I decided that I would add a small watermark to them so hopefully somebody viewing them would know where they came from. So, after spending a good deal of time thinking about it and trying out different things, I came up with the above.
It’s always surprising to both Yes!Chef! and me when people sing such high praises for Yes!Chef!’s food. Yes, his food is quite tasty, but it is usually simple food. But we frequently hear things such as, “This is the best chicken I have ever had,” and “What did you put on this to make it so flavorful?” (answer is usually salt), or “What can I do to make my food taste like this?” and finally, “Will you adopt me?”

New day, new blog, but not my only blog.
This is not my first or only blog. I also own and run Sierra Springs Photo Blog. But this blog is about my husband, Yes! Chef!, and his food. He makes great food, even though he’s not an “official chef”. He’s more like a secret Super Hero Chef…mild mannered business man during the day and Chef Extraordinaire in the evening and on weekends.
