That’s beautiful food for thought, Karen. When I was growing up I was quite an active child and according to my parents, Julia Child videos were the only thing that settled me down. I loved watching her make turkey.
I think in today’s over-commercialized world of cooking we need another Julia.
I whole-heartedly agree. Yes!Chef! would say, “Don’t forget to save the liver.” (His favorite Julia Child comment.)
