The best summer salad ever! Watermelon and Heirloom Tomato Salad with Goat Cheese and Balsamic Vinaigrette
There are three things that say summer to me: watermelon, fresh ripe tomatoes and sweet corn. The recipe today has all three items…except the corn. So, I guess technically, it only has two of the best summer ingredients. But, that’s okay because you are going to love it so much that you won’t even miss the corn.

Homer: Does that mean you’re not going to eat any pork?
Lisa: Yes, dad.
Lisa: All those meats come from the same animal
Homer: Right, Lisa. Some wonderful, magical animal.”
Barbecue! That word conjures up summer and swimming and fresh fruit and veggies and meat cooking on the grill.
And…the age old argument about barbecue sauce. Should it be sweet or tart? Homemade or store bought? Meat marinated in the sauce or used after the meat is cooked? We are here to say, “Yes!” to all of the above.
